What is going on ?

Hello ,
I want to say for the past two weeks I have been experiencing extreme fatigue , cramping , headaches and even nausea . Also for the past two days I have experienced loss of appetite . I will eat breakfast in the morning and won't have a desire to eat for the rest of the day . I know that I'm not pregnant because I've taken a pregnancy test and it came out negative and I've started my cyle and lasted for a week and thats not normal for me . At first I thought that all of these thing were pms symptoms but I never experience these things a week before my cycle . So my question is could this be depression ? I'm confused and worried .

Best place to start is your doctor, Have them rule out any medical causes such as thyroid etc and go from there. Good luck and I hope you get answers soon

Well, those symptoms can all be symptoms of depression, but for it to be depression there'd have to be mood symptoms too.  And usually with such prominent physical symptoms, it'd be pretty extreme mood symptoms, such that they'd be the thing you'd be thinking of most.  although highly psychosomatic depression is not unheard of, so yes, it's a possibility.  But I'd try for physical causes first.  And also keep in mind that depression itself can have physical causes - B12 deficiencies, thyroid problems, etc.  You might try doing another pregnancy test or going to the doctor for one, because false negatives do happen.  Go to the doctor anyway and get them to check everything out.  And make sure they check physical and mental causes both.  then you can be more sure of your situation.
