Has your doctor suggested increasing your Effexor?  I was taking 150mg daily, but perhaps that may be too much for you.  Did the doctor think a combination of Effexor and Wellbutrin would help with the depression?  When you see him ask if your balance problem is due to the medication.

Write down all the questions you want to ask him when you see him on 19th.  You need some answers.  So sorry you are not feeling better yet on this medication combination.  Different meds affect people in different ways.

Hope you feel some benefit soon.
