Hi Mick,
The time is very sad and confusing for you. You should be grieving. Have you got anywhere nearby supporting group which can help with such issues? As above I think speak about it would help. professional help also. it is really hard to go through such things. What I've learnt from my condition is that things always change. it means that even thought that I feel depressed like hell, thinking to pack up, I KNOW it won't last forever. And it really won't. It is kind of the word of wisdom when I am on emotional roller coaster.
I heard it million times from my parents that I am nothing, sh@& and similar - and I am obviously not. I was actually very good girl. It took me many years to built up my confidence. I am sure you can succeed as well. However do it on your own in such situation is hard. You would really benefit from professional help. Please don't give up and keep us posted. We are here to help. xxx
hi, thats really sad. im sorry that you had to go through that. i think talking to someone would be very helpful for you. maybe get some closure or just let some things out that are bottled up. just never give up, someone could turn exactly like how you became because one of their bestfriends commited suicide (you). that way is never the rihgt way. life always gets better, so talk to someone and get all your emotions out
