controlling voices

I have very serious voices in my head.  They tell me that Im using their brains to think and they have completely taken control of my mind.  They have taken over my brain in every way.  They say that I killed someone with my mind and that now they are going to kill me, and I really think they could.  Does anyone think its possible to use other peoples minds or to kill someone with their mind?  Ive been on meds for two years but they havent worked at all.  This has been going on for about 8 years and I really need some help.  I feel like Im hurting people with my mind and theres nothing I can do about it.

Definitely talk to your doctor about changing meds, but DO NOT begin to ween off your current medications without the doctor's knowledge.  Some of these things require careful monitoring.

To answer your questions, however:
No, you cannot hurt someone with your thoughts.
No, you cannot hear other's thoughts.

These voices cannot hurt you unless you let yourself believe them and hurt yourself.  But you do not want to let them continue and risk getting to that point.  You need to call your doctor and therapist immediately and make an appointment so you can switch medications.

I don't see how u could hurt others with internal thoughts if that's what u are trying go say.  But it does sound like u need a professional to access u and the best course of action.  Best wishes.
