help the dizzyness is too much?!

Iv been on 150mg of venlafaxine for the past couple of months but I wasn't able to pick my tablets up on Friday so it's now Sunday and the dizziness and sickness is getting too much I'm in tears and feel like I'm almost going to pass out is there anything I can do to help..

Not sure I understand -- pharmacies are generally open 7 days a week, many 24 hours a day.  Don't fool around with this medication.

Ouch!  Effexor can be a bear when you miss a dose!  When are you picking up your prescription?  Hopefully that will be today!  Once you take it you should feel better in a couple of hours!  Effexor has such a short half life...that is why you feel so sick when you dont take it!  Hang in there and get you meds as soon as you can!
