That can be a side effect of SSRI anti-depressents but each person responds to each medication differently and there are other classes of anti-depressents as well. For more information google "Depression Central" and speak to your psychiatrist about it.

Yes should call your doctor as soon as possible. Temporary movement disorders can happen from Lexapro and that can be treated with a side effect pill. They could also see whether the two medications are interacting as well.
