my wife had a problem of depression i feel from last 4 years,when it will started she became very depressed, wepping,mentally confused,behave like stranger,and talking self . from last 3 years she is taking olanzapine 10. i just want to know is this type of behaviour is mental abnormality or heridetary disesses.

Therese is correct that the medication is a drug used for treating patients with schizophrenia and manic episodes associated with bipolar I disorder.  Some of these conditions can be hereditary.  If your wife is still suffering from the same symptoms after all these years, perhaps she needs to talk to her doctor about changing her meds.
