where do i go from here?

here is the short version;
i am in my mid 30's and still live at home
i have battled depression and anxiety for several years
i am bulimic and currently abusing laxatives
i drink heavily
i live in filth (hoard trash)
i stay in bed, unless i have to get out
i am sad and lonely, yet have many supportive friends and family
i am not financially sound and cannot afford therapy, yet need it desperately...
i do not know what to do....
any advice or questions are welcome

I don't know if you have churches near where you live.  If so, call them.  Many if not most have free counseling!

I probably have no good answers for you.  I just did not want your post to go unnoticed.  There are so many things going on that it seems you need to start with one or two.  The bulimia and depression may be the first ones.
