Skin bumps

Yesterday we noticed these bumps on my daughter (she's 9 years old)...they're on her shoulders, stomach and arms...only about 10 total. They're the size of a pea to the size of a dime and are slightly pink in color. Some feel like a little bit dry ando rough and others are smooth. She says they're not itchy at all. We've changed nothing at home...not foods, soaps, ect. We did give her benadryl about 24hrs ago thinking maybe they were hives but they're still here with no changes. Any ideas what it could be??
