26 Year Old Male - Discoloration groin area
I am a 26 year old male undergoing treatment for primary hypogonadism. I've been on testosterone cyponate injections for 3 months now and hCG to maintain testicular function.
Even before treatment I had a strange sensation in the groin area almost as though things were dead down there like I wasn't getting enough blood to that area along with discoloration and excessive stretch marks.
I am not sexually active (had sex with one girl 5 years ago one time).
Below are some photos. Any thoughts or observations from the photos about what I may be dealing with would be greatly appreciated.
Note - I've never had a huge package down there but recently I was dealing with more atrophy due to testosterone replacement therapy (I had levels of a 90 year old man for 1+ years before beginning treatment).
