A lump inside my lower lip

I have a small, round lump inside my lower lip. It's not painful and if I didn't check for it I would've probably never noticed it. It's about 3 milimetres in diameter. It's been there for like 2 months now. I recall biting my lower lip several times by accident so I assumed it was the cause of it, but then I read about lip cancer and got scared. It isn't remotely similiar to the ones described as cancer, but I got scared regardless. Any idea what might e the cause of it? Could it be really from biting my lip like 3 months ago?
