Any idea what this is?

Any one know what this could be? I thought it was acne for the longest time and have done everything yet it doesn't go away, i use to have real good skin until i got this electric razor and ever since I started using that my skin got really bad (or so i thinkso) so i did some reaserch and alot of razor bumps and stuff and ingrown hairs, so im not sure as weather i treat this as acne or what? Please help

Are you able to see a dermatologist without a referral from your doctor?

In the UK, we have to see a doctor first and he refers us to a specialist when he thinks it is needed.

Have you found the Neutrogena facial cleanser helping?
If not, then there is no point in using it.

It may be acne, but as you have shaved your face and noticed the aggravation soon afterwards, it may be folliculitis.  What I saw on your photo it does look like folliculitis, but only the doctor will be able to give you a correct diagnosis when he examines your skin.

Whether it is folliculitis or acne that is festering, the doctor will still be able to prescribe a course of antibiotics for you.

Also i have been using neutrogena facial clenser, do you think I should stop using that? And also do you think any of it is acne?

I have looked at your picture.

It does look like you have an infection.  As you have been using a razor  this has aggravated the skin and it possibly could be folliculitis (infection of the hair follicles).

Make an appointment with your doctor to diagnose your condition.  If he feels it is folliculitis, you will be prescribed with a course of antibiotics.

When you shave, shave downwards in the direction that the hair grows.  Use gentle non perfumed soaps to wash your skin and gently pat dry with a towel.
