BAD RASH ON CHEST PLEASE HELP!!

Hello. Im a marine stationed in arizonia. Ever since I joined iv had a extreamly bad rash on my chest that starts to rap around my neck. Kinda in the sweat area. It never stops itching and is extreamly red and inflamed!! Iv tryed everything to get ride of it Iv been told its probably heat rash but iv had it for over a year and tryed to keep it cool and dry but it still dont do away. I had exima when I was younger so i thought that might have something to do with it. Docs have givin me steroid shots benadril and tons of creams that do nothing and dont stop the itch. iv done everything and dont know what elece it could be or how to treat it. please if anyone has any ideas or has had this before HELP!

Thanks for the advise. Just wanted to let you know iv tryed both the creams you suggested and also tryed benadryl to try and stop the itch. All these failed. I have an appointment set up to see a dermatoligist but they wont be able to see me for over a month. Im almost 100% sure its heat rash from the very hot tempuratures and from me sweating alot. Is there anything i can get that will maybe cool the skin too keep it from rashing in the extreme heat??? I also wash the rashed area every day and change shirts throughout the day when I sweat.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be due to contact dermatitis, sweat dermatitis, heat rash, eczema, fungal infections or dermatitis.

Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion or Neosporin cream on the spots as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritinto control itching .
If still the symptoms do not improve then pls get a clinical examination done by a dermatologist.Fungal infections have to be ruled out.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
