How do I get rid of an armpit rash?

This rash started a week ago and I left it unattended. It started out as a red bumps, spread more and a clear liquid started oozing out from a part of the rash. Two days ago, there was white skin peeling of from it. It's become dark reddish purple and has spread more. I'd really like to know what this is and how I can treat it at home.

Unfortunately, for an exact diagnosis, you are going to need to see a doctor- many different things can display in very similar ways when it comes to skin conditions and an in person exam is the best way to get answers.  Having a more complete medical history is helpful as well when it comes to diagnosing things like this.  It's spreading and getting worse, I'd really recommend seeing a doc about it.  Good luck!
