Hot cheeks and why it happens..

Hi,  so if you weeks ago I was drinking a glass of wine and halfway through it my cheek starting to get red and uncomfortable so I stopped drinking it and didn't really think much of it. Then a couple weeks after that I was eating buffalo chicken dip along with a bloody Mary and my cheeks got very red and very uncomfortable and hot for about two hours to the point where I had to keep putting cold compresses on it. I only drink half of the bloody Mary as I start to feel uncomfortable. Then tonight I was having an upsetting conversation that made me cry and my cheeks got really red and hot but not as bad as it was with a bloody Mary. I'm wondering if anybody knows what could be causing this? As these are the only three times it has happened
