Black bump not going away

Hi, about 6 months ago, I woke up and suddenly felt a weird bump on my genitals area - not directly on the penis, but near.

It looks similar to what this man has on his nose:

(It's from the 'Basal-cell carcinoma' page on wikipedia).

And although I don't like the idea of posting images of this certain part of myself on the web, it has been half a year and I don't know what to do.. so, I uploaded a half-censured shot of the area, in the following link:

Any help would be appreciated
thanks!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
You have not mentioned your age, but it can be a blood blister or a vascular benign tumor or some skin malignancy (less likely in young). Since it has been present for three weeks, I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist and maybe get a biopsy skin done to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
