Red bumps on skin really itchy, Need Help!

I have these extremley itchy red bumps on my arms, back and stomach, i went to the doctors and he said it was hot tub rash, he gave me pills to take, but it seems like they are not working, does itching them make it worse? And what are the signs they are clearing up and is it really hot tub rash?

I also have a skin rash, spots, like chicken pox, covering my body. This is mostly under my arm pits, around the groin area and also the area covered by my towel after vacating the hot tub. I also have a spot in my ear, eye and I am feeling flu like, especially i the morning time. If you get any real feedback on what this may be perhaps you could let me know?

Kind regards
David

you are going to have to be more specific on what the bumps look like. Are they flaky? Are they there consistently or do they come and go? What do they look like? And it is never good to scratch anything that itches, all that does is tear your skin and can cause infection if there isn't one already.
