Bump Base of Penis

Hi! I've been having this doubt since I was 17 now I'm 21 but in the base of the penis, more like were the penis and the scrotum meet near the pubic hair, I have a sort of bump that I don't know what it is. Sometimes I can squeeze some white stuff from it. It doesn't hurt nor it has multiplied itself. Hair grow from it. Now my question is: Is it a wart? or is it like a skin condition? As I told  you before I've had it since I was 16 or 17. I've never had sex nor any physical contact with anybody. What could that bump be? Thanks for your time!! The bump its to my right side.

Do you think I should shave that area every now and then to maintain a good hygiene? Cause I'm very hygiene freak if you know what I mean. I try to stay as clean as posible.

Hi!,

Its a single bump. I've noticed that when hair is coming out of it or growing out of it, it gets a bit larger and I can squeeze some white stuff from it. Thanks for your comments!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

Is this a solitary or a single bump?

In cases, of a single or solitary bump that does not present with redness, pain and itchiness, this does not sound like an acute or recent infection.

I feel that this may be due to a blocked hair follicle or an enlarged sweat gland. You have noted this to be present for years . Just continue to maintain good hygiene. Avoid unnecessarily touching the area .

If swelling, redness and other symptoms like pain do appear in the area ,then it is best to have this promptly assessed  by your physician.
