Rash on shaft of penis and scrotum
I've had a rash for the past week on my genitals. It started at the bottom on the shaft and scrotum (it was very itchy) and now its all around my shaft and my scrotum. Its begining to really start annoying me because my penis has started to swell up around the rash and it is very itchy. I havnt had sexual intercourse in over a year and im fairly certain its not an std. I was using hydrocortisone cream for 5 days and it wasnt getting better so i tried canestan cream and that just made things worse. I have also tried a powder used for jock itch to see if it could help and it hasnt help either. The rash is not on the penis "gland". (im uncircumcised). I really dont know what i can do to make things better! Does it sound like anything dangerous?
