Vaginal Blister??

I have ONE vaginal "blister" on my upper vaginal skin fold.  Ive been faithfully sexual with my husband for 3 years now.  There is only one, and it's not that painful.  It is painful to touch and if urine gets on it as well.  I've only had it for about 2 days and have never had anything like it before.  It's skin color just a little red, and hard to see just looking.  It doesnt look like a zit or pimple, it's kinda like an ulcer looking thing i guess.  I'm really scared to go to a doctor (and yes i KNOW i should), but I just wanted to see what other thought it could be or if anyone has this problem before.  I have looked at pics of STDs and it looks NOTHING like any picture I have seen.  I did have an IUD placed about a week ago, and me and my husband have been very sexual active since.  Please help!!

Specifically it is on the upper inside beside the clitoris on a fold of skin.  There is no discharge at all from the spot of irritation.  There is little or no pain when im just sitting or standing.  Only when I use the restroom and have to wipe with TP or when it is touched.  I noted an "ulcer" but honestly I have NO idea what exactly to call it.  Like I said, it isnt even noticable just looking at my vagina.  I had to point it out to my husband because he couldn't see it from just looking.  No scales, crusts, anything.  It's just there.  I did have an IUD placed a week ago and have been alot more sexually active with my husband since then.  And also have been bleeding from my period, my last day of my period the IUD was placed and I still have been spotting/bleeding from that also since then.  I didnt know if alot of sex could have caused it, or all the bleeding?, I dont know.   It doesnt look like zits, pimples.. it's skin color...

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi

Where is this located specifically in the vagina? Is this along the opening or on the outer lip or labia?

Bumps in the vaginal area may be due to a folliculitis, it may be a cyst which could have been infected. An infection may be considered here including fungal infections. You have not mentioned of any discharge and there is no pain or itchiness?

I would still suggest that you have this further assessed. An STD still has to be ruled out. You have noted this as an ulceration. A culture a discharge from the ulcer or any scales or crusts may help ascertain the organism which may have caused this.
