Bumps on Vermilion Border
I've been having these flesh colored/white colored bumps appear on my vermillion border. Occasionally one will get bigger, but nothing oozes out of it, and they usually begin to shrink after a day and a half. Sometimes they get itchy. I've been scratching it today (I know I probably shouldn't), so they are more irritated than they usually are. Is it possible they are just cold sores? The bumps have been there fore months.
