Bumps on my glans

I've got this white bumps on my glans penis and they're all around.. I see the white bumps especially when my penis is erect. And when my penis is flaccid, it just looks scaly, rough, moist, but bumpy. What might it be? It isn't red and there's no redness. Not clustered also, but they're all around, flesh colored, white colored.

Is this the same condition? I just recently went to a dermatologist and forgot to mention all of this. so how can i solve this problem?

Hello I believe that I also have this problem. Im not sure if its in the same area or not because I do not know the names. I have white looking zits on the bottom of my penis. I am circumsized so basicaly where my urethra is in the back side of my penis and before the circumsized skin. The penis skin right before it connects to the testicles.

Thank you sir, but it doesn't look like papules.
I looked it in the internet and it doesn't look like it....
There just have been a lot of spots, small spots, some are white, some are flesh colored...

These white bumps are pearly penile papules. Pearly penile papules are small dome-shaped to filiform skin-colored papules that typically are located on the sulcus or corona of the glans penis.They are a natural occurrence on the epnis.

Ablation using carbon dioxide laser, electrodesiccation with curettage, and excisional surgery reportedly have successfully eliminated lesions.In my opinion you should talk to a cosmetologist/dermatologist about this.
