Bumps after I pluck my eyebrows?

I get these little visible bumps after I pluck my eyebrows, and I'm not sure if they go away or not (because I pluck my eyebrows often), but they are basically always noticeable. Apparently I have very sensitive skin. What can I do about this?

And if the bumps I have are permanent, what treatment can I get to get them removed?

Hello,
These small bumps are of inflamed hair follicles. Pls keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics and cold compresses. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed.Pls consult a dermatologist in that case.

I hope that helps. Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries. Kind regards.
