Burning shoulders and back

My left shoulder aches, feels a bit like a burning sensation and painful to touch in one point (where the bursa is I think). My right shoulder is getting the same and today there was fairly bad burning sensation across my back between the shoulder blades.

Ive had this for just a few days and cannot get a doctors appointment for another week. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be?

Note, Ive been investigated for potential heart problems recently and all tests have come back normal although I do have a heart rhythm problem sometimes (ventricular bigeminy) but I'm told this is nothing to worry about and ny heart is fine. I'm told Im suffering from anxiety about this, also told I may have gatric reflux or GERD. I am seeking councelling about the anxiety, but this new thing is another worry.

Hi,

my doctor thinks arthritis, but only very early starts of it. Said I have Crepitus. I knew I had that, just didnt know that was the medical term for grinding joints.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to the large muscle (trapezius) and underlying smaller muscles that have gone into spasm or compression of the nerves supplying that area because of any underlying pathology of the vertebral column. So this also needs to be evaluated.

Apply warm compresses and some topical muscle relaxants and take some anti-inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen after consulting your doctor. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
