Causes of redness of the skin in the cheeks and nasal septum (skin burns)?

Symptoms:
Red cheeks and burning;
Dry eyes and dry nose;
Dandruff on the head and a little on the shoulders.

All the symptoms were confirmed by doctors, but they could not connect them into a single whole. For example:
dry eyes - conjunctivitis (schirmer's test is 3mm, the norm is 15 mm);
Red face - dermatitis.

I have been eating perfectly for almost six months, immune problems are excluded (the immunoblot and immunogram are ideal, although the symptoms look a little like autoimmune diseases).

The trigger was sunburn, after which it all started.

Recently I tried an antifungal + skin cleanser - sulsena, it helps a lot (the redness has decreased by 30-35%). But the face still burns in warm rooms and in the sun.

What problems can there be? Perhaps it is still the gastrointestinal tract (excessive fungal growth)? What tests should I take?
In principle, I have had problems with the gastrointestinal tract all my life (constipation, poisoning, stomach pain and acid reflux). I haven't observed all this in the last 5-7 months, but maybe there is a residual effect?

I am grateful for any answer!

I'm not sure but have read things about issues with blood vessels in the face? You've checked in with doctors. What do they way? Just live with it?

Yes, I have been to two "specialists" in dermatology and both said that just get used to it. I am sure that the redness has an inflammatory character and it seems that the scraping showed demodex and the IgE analysis showed that I have an allergy to it. At the same time, histamines do not help. Plus bilirubin is increased significantly, plus iron is increased. In short, some rubbish is happening, but the doctors are not aware. I'm thinking of drinking retinoids and smearing ointments against the tick, then going to laser therapy, or phototherapy.
Maybe you know a forum where you can throw a question with symptoms. I am quite ready even for a good fee, if a person will work with every deviation in the analyses.
Sorry for my english.
