Child skin rash

Hi, my 5 year old daughter has been getting these little bumps all over her stomach.  They started out in little patches but, now on her stomach they seem to be connecting.  She also has the patches on her back and legs but, they are not as bad as they are on her stomach.  Also, they are very itchy.  She has been to the doctor several times and she has been on several different medicine but, nothing is helping.  Please help!!

Hello,
Itchy rashes of such kind in children are often due to viral infections and allergic reaction. Since the rash has been present for some days without any change, so it can be due to allergies or any other skin manifestation rather than viral reaction which peak up after some days and then goes away.

I suggest you to get your child evaluated immediately from a pediatrician.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. Treatment can be started only when the diagnosis is confirmed. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I have tried the Benadryl and it doesn't help.  They tell me it is exzema (I don't think I spelled that right) but, it won't go away?  She has had this from almost a year.
