Rough, flaky and peeling skin on penis head

Hello Doctor,
I had a yeast infection around my crotch a month ago, it wasnt severe and wasnt the contagious type, happend due to antibiotic use for acne and I treated it with some natural creams and oils along with changing my diet, it's been completely gone for over 2 weeks, but a few days ago when I woke up I've noticed a tiny part of my penis head being a little rough and peely, it was very tiyn so thought it was just coming off due to not being moist or something. So I waited a few days and right now its a little bigger and the skin is rougher with peeling, if I peel it it looks a little red and sensitive below it. I have included 3 photos if it will help, it doesnt itch at all also last time I had sex it was over a year ago, I will go over to my gf due to long distance relationship in a month and I hope I can cure this before I'm over there with her. I highly doubt its an STD yet I'm very curious as to what it is. Thanks a lot in advance

-PS, When I get it wet it looks almost inexistant except for the vertical wrinkles being deeper than usual(or I guess I'm noticing now) also it is rough no matter what I do, even if I get it wet, the skin feels rougher then other parts.

Oh, yes, there are gradations in the clinical history and presentations. Possibly mild there, and might respond to clotrimazole creme. Do consult your doc.

Thank you, I've read the whole article yet the only common thing with my issue is that it is on my penis head, it doesnt itch at all, doesnt ache or give me pain in any case of usage. not swollen, no change in skin color except for when I peel it, then it gets a little red because I'm basically taking the skin off. In fact it completely disappears, the roughness goes away as well if I put on some nivea moistroizing creme, yet comes back up in a few hours

Could you open that up a bit? from the photos and symptoms I've searched about that, it doesnt even sound anywhere near moniliasis.
