Could my angular cheilitis be caused by my deli clerk job, or is it something else?

I work in a 50 degree room, and I noticed the corners of my mouth didn't start drying up and splitting until I got this job. The slits keep healing up and reopening. At some point they started to bleed, and now an ugly scar is developing on the side that's had it the worst.

I use natural, unscented lip balm and have been applying hydrocortisone cream and rose hip seed oil as well. I've also tried organic apple cider vinegar, raw honey, generic Neosporin, and Listerine.

I think it's my job, but sometimes I wonder if it's something else, maybe in addition to my job. It gets worse if I skip meals or don't drink enough water. What if I'm consuming too much sugar or sodium? What if I'm a Celiac?
