Cut On Penis. Heal me!

I got into penis exercises a few months ago.  (Yes it seems to help).  But a little over a month ago I cut myself about an inch down on my shaft while 'shaving'.  Obviously the penis exercises irritate it, so i refrained from it and from 'sexuals' for the most part for about a MONTH.  I thought that would be enough time for it to heal.  Initially after the cut i put neosporin and a bandaid. Tried keeping it clean and tried applying the neosporin every so often and it seemed to close the cut pretty well. Well after the month I still had a 'white mark' (like a scar) where the cut was.  But i figured i should be pretty much be healed since a month passed already.  So i proceeded w/ the exercises.  The first time, no problem.  Next exercise a couple days later.  The skinned peeled and the cut reopened on the very same spot.  This worries me.  Time to leave it alone again but what can i do to speed up the healing and make the healing PERMANENT. I've heard Neosporin helps, I've also read that using soap for sensitive skin can help - some soaps might actually be doing damage??... Also heard just leave it alone, no medicine, just keep it dry and clean. Of course I'll quit the exercises permanently if i have to, but I would like to continue them in the heal-able future if I could. Any time frame that i may be completely healed?Any creams/medicines?.. Heal me fast and PERMANENT!  Please HELP!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
For this cut on penis, you should apply topical antibiotic creams like Neosporin or Bactroban. For mild-moderate symptoms a weak steroid may be used whilst more severe cases require a higher-potency steroid). But they are available under prescription and should be taken only after consulting a dermatologist. Also wear cotton undergarments and wash the area with mild soap like Dove.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I did the same, and the cut is healing as a trench, with a divot in the center and raised edges.  It is not flat like a normal cut on normal skin at all. It is very unsightly and a bit painful.
Is there anything I can do to mitigate this?
Thank you.
