Dandruff on scalp, some are very itchy and thick
Hello, I've been having this dandruff problem for few years now. I thought shampooing could resolve this issue, especially by using Head&Shoul*** shampoo or Cle** shampoo. Do you have tips on how to get rid of them? Natural and the cheapest way if possible, coz some of my dandruff sometimes results in minor wound like patches.
Psoriasis of the scalp and dandruff are very common. The best thing I've ever heard of to combat it is the tar shampoos. T-Gel is a name brand and there are lots of knock off's with the same ingredients. This is what dermatologists recommend. good luck
