Dark circle/hyper a pigmentation need advice help what to do.
Hello, I have attached pictures of my case. I have had these for long time since around age of 11 they started to develop which was the time I started to use computer a lot. They worsened as time went by. Recently i stopped using computer for more than 2 hours a day max and they have lightener a bit. A family member had told me it is hyper pigmentation. I want to know what ways there to remove them permanently. Thank you.
