Dark spots around my nose, mouth and chin

I have dark spots on the creases of my nose, mouth and chin from about 4-5 years now. Earlier they used to vanish and come back after sometime. But now after my marriage it is becoming darker and increasing in size. I consulted a dermatologist and he prescribed me A-Doxid which cured the spot while I was taking the medicine. But they reappeared soon after. My physician told me that it is not curable.

Is there any cure for it in allopathy? If not, then are there any home remedies which can minimize them? What is the main cause for this? Please suggest me any alternative methods if available.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These spots can be due to solar lentigo or due to melasma. Treatment options include treatment with vitamin C and hydrocortisone, peel with carbon dioxide snow and alexandrite and ND-Yag Q-Switched laser treatment preceded by a hydroquinone-based application. Please discuss these options with your dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
