Dark spots in under arms

Hello,
I'm 30 and I have noticed few dark spots in both the under arms (penny size), kind of discoloration, since couple of yrs. Its normal to feel and has no other issues with it. Its weird and I feel odd to wear sleeveless tops. Any idea what could be the reason? is this a cause to worry?

Hello,
It can be due to constant sweating in the area or hyperpigmentation skin. This darkening occurs when an excess of melanin, the brown pigment that produces normal skin color, forms deposits in the skin.

Treatment involves hydroquinone, azelaic acid, corticosteroids, tretinoin cream and laser treatment. Pls discuss these options with your dermatologist before using them.
