I've just got an red bump on my penis and it only hurts when I touch it. I've had sex protected all times(twice), but have received oral. I recently just shaved also but Its kinda high up where not lots of hair grow. The first time I ever done anything sexual was months ago and nothing like this has appeared before. Could I have something bad?
