Small itchy spots on hand

I am a male around 13 and I started to notice small raised spots on the back of my right hand. They itch sometimes and it’s often hard to sleep. Any cures?

How are you doing?  Have you been able to get an appointment with your doctor at all?

So sorry to hear about the spots and that they keep you awake sometimes.  In order to tell you what can help the spots, you need to figure out what the spots are from.  To best determine that, you need to have your parents take you to a doctor to have them looked at- the doctor needs to gather a bit more information from you and do an in person exam- they should be able to tell you what can help from there.
