Does this spot look normal?

Hello, I am wondering if I could get an opinion on a spot on my back, I assume the area of this spot to be a case of post inflammatory hyperpigmentation on my back (I believe it was a large pimple or boil at one point) but I am a little concerned because there are two small maybe less than 1mm (or just about) darkish brown specks or tiny moles (not elevated, seem symmetrical oval-like) inside the area of pigmentation (very lightly shaded area about the size of an eraser, no solid borders, doesn't seem too irregular). It's been there for awhile so it's nothing new, I just was curious if this resembles a typical case if PIH or an acne scar, as I've had something like this before just without the two dark specks (might have been there before the scar). I am a darker skinned healthy 18 year old male. There has been no changing in size, shape or color in at least the past month (probably months). I really am asking for just a peace of mind, thanks.

More likely to be post-inflammatory after healing of a sebaceous cyst.

Not worrisome and it is quite common to get acneform eruptions on the back.I do see Striae possibly related to weight gain.Do consult you doc always.

That makes, sense, whenever I have a scar or shaded area its usually due to something larger than a typical pimple. Thanks! You mind looking at my other post about the small mole?
