Eczema, Psoriasis, Athlete's Foot...Something Else, What Is This, HELP?

Please help, what is this?? For three MONTHS my feet have been itching like crazy. It started off as what seemed like hives, several bumps just like you would get during a hive outbreak all across the tops of my feet. I could not stop scratching. The bumps would seem to go down and flare back up when I scratched. My mom was convinced it was athlete's foot (I didn't think it was but thought it might be eczema). My feet are still itchy but now it's the tops and bottoms and toes and the hive like bumps are gone though I sort of have some hive like bumps when I scratch on the bottoms of my feet but only a couple. In the three months I've had maybe three blisters (I attribute these to how much I've scratched my feet, they look a horrible mess). My feet are peeling super bad and they itch especially at night and they're also red and kind of bumpy. I really really need help. I've tried all kinds of sprays and creams for everything mainly athlete's foot and even an eczema cream as well as one for psoriasis . What is this, what do I do?? I can't take much more.

If they are still peeling and itchy you could also put Zeasorb powder on and change socks whenever your socks get sweaty.
Are you still having the problem?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to contact dermatitis or pompholyx. The exact cause is not known and excessive sweating can be one of the reasons. But some triggers like allergic reaction to soaps, detergents, foods, latex, nickel etc may trigger the symptoms. Apply some calamine lotion on the affected area and keep the area well moisturized. Use only thin applications of moisturizer ointments as excessive amounts of ointment may restrict breathing of the skin and aggravate the condition.
Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

It might be psoriasis.  Try Psoriaflora cream.  You can get it at places like on line at Amazon or at Whole Foods.

Neem soap or other neem products may also help, but the Psoriaflora cream is amazing.
