Any ideas as to this problem

I have notice a white spot on my lower lip it's the same size nothing hasn't changed but it is kinda annoying cause it is noticeable when i open my mouth and i don't know if it's something serious or not. I noticed it back in March and it hasn't gone away

White spots can be pretty common- if it doesn't hurt or itch, change in size or color- it's most likely nothing to be concerned about.  You can always see your doctor if it's bothering you though.

Can i use like some freezing stuff like those wart removers

You don't really want to use that if it's not a wart- that can cause some scars, so I wouldn't recommend that unless a doctor is consulted first and you clear it with them.
