Folliculitis after unprotected sex

I have been diagnosed with Folliculitis. It started last November after unprotected sex with a girl. I noticed 3 pus filled pockets on my public hair area and 1 on my penis (they had fishy smell). (After my STD results came back negative) The doctor gave me Flucloxacillin 250mg tablets which I used for a week. The pockets were gone but I then started getting small pink spots in public hair area and lower abdominal. The doctor gave me Dermol cream to use and also use as body wash as well. As well as the area I used to get them I then started getting some around my neck and upper chest as well. The reason was due to not sterilising my body groomer which I use to shave my body hair). The doctor gave me Flucloxacillin 500mg tablets (for a week) and a wash which is mainly used for Acne. Although I changed the head and sterilising it and also used disposable razor but normally these spots were going away after 5-6 days but keeps coming back after each use. By the way there was no itch to these spots and only inflammation. Anyway this time the doctor gave me Duac Gel which I used for 2.5 weeks and after 3-4 days of use I started getting these new spots on my upper arms (as well as having the old ones) which sometimes were itchy but no inflammation. These spots are more permanent and although they have reduced in numbers but I still have some on my arms (I don’t use body groomer on my arms). Sometimes I get them on my forehead as well. Any help would be appreciated since the antibiotics don’t help at all and Doctor think it’s Pseudofolliculitis but it’s not since I have never suffered from ingrown hair plus it all started after my unprotected sex

Normally after a day of shaving I get pink inflammatory spots, after around 2 day the inflammation is gone and after about 3-4 days the spots will go away.  The problem is that since my sexual contact I've been getting these each time after shaving.  Shouldn't be ingrown hair as I have never had this problem in the past.

The itchy spots on my upper arms and forehead are I believe as a result of the side effect to Duac cream, I get less than before though.

Thanks for your comment anyway.

I get folliculitis from improper pH balances in our hot tub water - I have to increase the pH to prevent it.

I use Triamcinolone Acetonide cream USP 0.1%

Which relieves the itching and the inflammation

I also take ibuprofen when I first have it, since it tends to keep me up at night.
