Follucitis? Herpes?

So recently i made a mistake and had unprotected sex with an x girlfriend, once about three weeks ago and then again a few days ago.  after having sex i did not clean myself up, fell asleep, and then when i woke up i worked out heavily (ran a few miles, became very sweaty efc) in the same boxers.  after the workout i showered and then noticed some red irritation (very tiny red dots, almost pin sized or smaller) on my penis, a few on the head and then one or two on the shaft near hair follicles.

i told myself it was just some irritation most likely, and since then the red dots on the head of my penis have almost completely disappeared (can barely be seen with a digital camera image)

but right as this was happening the ones at hair follicles seemed to have gotten worse and now one of them looks like a genuine case of follucitis ( white tip pimple with hair coming out of it, looking blocked , etc).

there is no real pain, or at least nothing that can be ruled out as mentally created

so does this sound like a case of herpes or just irritation / follucitis?
i plan on getting tested either way i just need some piece of mind

Application of bacitracin creme would be fine,looks like folliculitis only.

Hello,
I cannot confirm without examination but it sounds like folliculitis and not herpes. Pls keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful.In case the symptoms persist then pls consult a dermatologist as oral antibiotics may be needed.

I have follicullities infection in right side of beard. (Small red bumps) So i went to doctor he prescribed mupirocin ointment and novoclax antibiotic tablet for 5 days. I have applied for last three days. Some what results shown. But my question is how long days to get rid off entirely from beard. I also wash with warm water for one to two times daily. This is enough or elsedo? Please suggest..
