Forskin

Hello i have had a problem last few days the tip of my head and all around the tip of my forskin has been itchy lately. when i took a look it looked like i had these white gummy  things on it ... lol ok um to be honest it looked like and probley was what was once flaky skin turned gummy from sweat. Once this happened i thought ok maybe its dirty sometimes when my girl friend gives me head when shes done i just usealy wipe the head of my penis off and thats it  sometimes i go maybe a day or two without cleaning down there, so i thought maybe it was left over *** or something. So i went to go clean it up i used lots of soap and when i was finished i had to pee O.O ow! it burnt like hell! I think maybe i got some soap in it or someting because thankfully it was a one time event for me.

Now i did something dumb and instead of leaving it alone for a bit and seeing if it fixes itself i went and had to masterbate. Ok i did it and it irratated the hell out of it when i was done it was so sore and red ... does this sound like an std? is it infected in any way?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi

This sounds like a superficial skin irritation. This does not sound like an STD. I would suggest that you refrain from touching or manipulating the area. The scaling and the itchiness may suggest dry skin due to irritation. The glans penis or the head of the penis is very fragile since it is not as thick as the skin in other parts of the body.

Wash the area with a mild cleanser using warm water. Apply vitamin E cream over the area to keep it from drying. If the condition persists have this assessed by your doctor.
