I have 1 medium bump size plus a tiny one on my left secortum ( white and clear puzz came out from touch it,  with little swollen lymph nodes (lift side) pain to touch it, feel vomiting, no fever, body ache, tired and headech.
I had IGG test by quest after 3 & 6 months from my last contact and both came back negative but I still get this symptoms every 1 to 2 months.

Also when I was working for Key Clinics we used symptomatic therapy on clinical suspicion for HSV.
But then protocols vary from country to country.Do consult your health provider.

Blood tests, which detect antibodies to HSV-1 or HSV-2 infection, can be helpful, although the results are not always clear-cut.(CDC)

A 'culture and sensitivity test' is likely to reveal the pathogen and treatment to be followed..
