Genitalproblem!!!!

I have 1 medium bump size plus a tiny one on my left secortum ( white and clear puzz came out from touch it,  with little swollen lymph nodes (lift side) pain to touch it, feel vomiting, no fever, body ache, tired and headech.
I had IGG test by quest after 3 & 6 months from my last contact and both came back negative but I still get this symptoms every 1 to 2 months.

Is this herpes but not show up in the blood work?

Yes but then I would expect the patient to present with a clinical picture of recurrent infections from childhood or other syndromes associated.

Having an IGG/IGM deficiency from a young age make STD (Herpes IGG/IGM) tests could be invalid?

Can immunoglobulin deficincy effect any blood work result of stds?

Not like sebaceous cysts but recurrent blisters yes.

Can herpes lesions look like sebaceous cysts, pimples or only blister?

BUt I think visual inspection not clear cut. Isn't right?
