Genitalproblem!!!!

I have 1 medium bump size plus a tiny one on my left secortum ( white and clear puzz came out from touch it,  with little swollen lymph nodes (lift side) pain to touch it, feel vomiting, no fever, body ache, tired and headech.
I had IGG test by quest after 3 & 6 months from my last contact and both came back negative but I still get this symptoms every 1 to 2 months.

Is this herpes but not show up in the blood work?

Please help me!!!!!

The possible explanation here is that you have a scrotal sebaceous cyst which is getting infected by bacteria(Secondary infection). This leads to swelling of lymph nodes.(Adenopathy)

I am so worry too cause herpes can look like foliculitls.
