Growth around anus

Hello. I am a 25 yr old male and I recently started developing a growth from inside and a small bump (occasionally has cuts around it after I use the bathroom) outside of my anus. The small bump is on the hard surface from my anus leading to my genital area but it very close to the anus opening. While I have a growth coming out of my anus. It itches at times and when I use the bathroom I see blood on the paper. It's even painful at times to wash because the cut is open. I''m worried that it may be warts, hemorrhoids or something even more severe.

Thank you Dr. Kaur. Well right now I noticed some cuts around my anus and the itching still persists. However when I apply 91% rubbing alcohol it goes away. My stool patterns have changed as well, sometimes they are soft like diarrhea, weird patterns or hard. I eat a lot of fruit so that eases the pain because passing stool is no problem. Just the after effect.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Bump with itching with bleeding can be due to fissure, hemorrhoids, ano rectal abscess, boil etc. I suggest you show a gastroenterologist who will clinically examine you. In the meanwhile you can take acetaminophen for pain relief, sitz bath( sit in a warm tub of water), use some laxative to soften the stool.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
