Hard bump on my no no place :(

When I woke up this morning i noticed a bump on the underside of the shaft of my penis, close to the head. The bump is hard and under the skin. It is non-movable and is about the 1/8 of an inch in diameter.  I've  read other posts but i dont think this matches them. I dont think this could be an ingrown hair or whatever because it seems to be below the skin.  The skin moves freely over the top and the bump pokes up through the skin. :( please help. I dont want my penis to fall off :(

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be a thrombosed penile vein, plaque associated with Peyronie’s disease, or a sebaceous cyst. sometimes a vein can become thrombosed (clotted) and you may feel a lump. Peyronie’s disease is associated with penile plaques that are deep to the skin at the fibrous layer called the tunica albuginea. This is a less likely possibility but it needs to be evaluated. My sincere advice would be to consult a urologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
