Help! Random marks keep appearing

This last week, I have noticed tiny to medium marks/scars all over the front of me. I do scar easily from acne, thats hereditary. I do have acne scars on my chest area, but below by breasts and down my stomach and sides, these random marks appeared on day. They are light brown-redish, dont hurt or itch or bother me physically except the skin is a little dry and coarse. But they wont go away and look terrible, It makes me very self conscious around my boyfriend and myself. Should I go to a dermatologist or will certain lotion/cream make them disappear? I have been recently using Clearasil Ultra acne products, but only on my face and have started using Ambi scar fading cream. I dont know if those are the causes or not. I need a professional opinion from a dermatologist because I am freaking out about it. I'll post a picture of what they look like.

thank you so much for helping me figure some of it out, Ive already talked to my family and I guess my mom is very prone to certain skin allergies where she can't use certain products and she's thinking I may have inherited that. If these don't clear up by next week then she'll take me to the dermatologist. So hopefully it will clear up.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
For such symptoms one of the possibilities which need to be ruled out is of pityriasis rosea. Pityriasis rosea is a common human skin disease which presents as numerous patches of pink or red oval rash. The rash may be accompanied by low-grade headache, fever, nausea and fatigue and sometimes by itching. However to confirm the diagnosis, it is better to get a biopsy skin done.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
