Help! Spot on forehead, pink and tender with black dots inside it, what is it?

I was relaxing when i felt a slight throb in my forehead, i felt it with my finger and felt a raised bump, checked it in the mirror and it doesnt look anything like acne, although the size of a medium acne spot, its very soft / smooth and seems to have 3 black dots or vein endings inside it? I dont have my health card at the moment and am a bit worried. What could it be?

It's possible it could be a blemish of some type- I wouldn't panic over it, but you can keep an eye on it and if it changes sizes, colors, or gets increasingly painful- it would be worth having someone look at it.

If you don't have health insurance, you can usually find a doctor who will work with you- usually giving you a discount and helping you to make payments as needed.
