Help for psoriasis

12 months ago I moved to a new house and within days developed a scaly growth on the soles of my feet and the palms of  my hands. It is very hard to keep them moist and they crack which is very painful. Went to doctor and then to dematologist who says it is psoriasis, had light therapy, taken prednislone tabs, methotrexate tabs, neotigason tabs, creams and ointments such as diprosone, daivobet 50/500 ointment. I have been hospitalised twice when really painful. In desperation I have used a Scholl grinding tool to take the hard dead skin off but it just keeps growing back. I can't walk unless I wear wet socks. I have fitted a full in house water filtration system thinking it was caused by desalinated water, to no avail, I'm at the end of my tether, can anyone help me please. I have attached 6 photos to my profile showing the psoriais but I'm not sure if the reader can see these.

Indeed it is tough with a severe plantar psoriasis. Oral steroids are no option since the rebound phenomenon after withdrawal could be severe.
Antibiotics like Azithral (Azithromycin) internally may be in order with white soft paraffin for external application.A course of oral Zinc could be helpful.Exposure to sunlight is essential.
Best wishes.

I would try treating with neem soap and use over-the-counter Psoriaflora cream.  I don't have such a serious case at all, but the junk the dermatologist gave me an rx for didn't do anything helpful (just cortisone type lotion).  Psoriaflora cream reduced my rash by 3/4.  Much better.  The tubes aren't very large, and cost around $14 a tube.
