How to stop my face/head from always itching

I need help figuring out why I can't stop itching/brushing my hair and face. It started a month ago now and it's been going on nonstop. I've been to a couple different dermatologists and they can't figure out what is causing it. I don't know what is causing it. I went to bed one night feeling fine and the next morning I had all this itchiness going on. I have no rash, bite marks, redness, nothing at all which puzzles the doctors. I've tried anti itch creams, lotions, oils, nothing makes it stop. Every few minutes I'll feel some kind of tingle on my hair, eyebrow, face, forehead and if I brush with my hand it will go away. Then a few minutes later I'll feel another tingle somewhere else on my head. It is ONLY happening to my head and nowhere else. I was using a 2% Ketoconazole shampoo for dandruff but I haven't used it in 2 weeks assuming the shampoo was the cause of it and I'm still itching. Again it was an overnight thing I went to bed just fine and woke up the next morning with all this. It's hard for me to sleep now and I'm very distraught over this that nothing I do makes it go away. I even went on vacation and stayed in a hotel and it was still doing it.
